The Evening Cast Benefit show featuring special guests
Giving the term “Support Act” a new meaning, musicians Clare Bowditch, Celadore, The Darjeelings and Mark Lang from Skipping Girl Vinegar are coming together to play a benefit show for Joel and Rachel Cooper from The Evening Cast. The couple had their house including the home studio completely destroyed due to a fire hitting their home after Christmas. With nothing but the clothes on their backs and everything including the bands gear, merchandise and home affects lost they have had to cancel their first national tour.
In honour of this tragedy the musical community has gathered round and is honouring the bands original date at their hometown at The Workers Club in Fitzroy and having a night of heartfelt performances with all money raised going to The Cooper Family Fire Fund.
Tickets are $10 at the door so please come along and support this worthy musical cause
